زار وفدٌ من قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة / جامعة النهرين المتمثل بالسيدة رئيس قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة-جامعة النهرين الأستاذ الدكتورة أنس قصي هاشم المحترمة والمدرس المساعد حمزة عباس فاضل المحترم وطالب الماجستير المهندس محمد حسين غازي المحترم مركز بحوث التقنيات الأحيائية في جامعة النهرين، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التعاون العلمي والتطبيقي بين الأقسام والمراكز البحثية في الجامعة. وذلك في يوم الاربعاء الموافق 3-12-2025

وتهدف الزيارة إلى الاطلاع على الأجهزة الطبية المختبرية المتوفرة في أقسام المركز، وفحص الأجهزة المتعطلة منها، وتشخيص أعطالها الفنية، للنظر في إمكانية تصليحها وصيانتها وإعادتها إلى الخدمة، بما يسهم في دعم العمل البحثي والتطبيقي داخل المركز واقسامه المتمثلة بالاقساط التالية:

- قسم التقنيات الأحيائية الطبية

- قسم التقنيات الأحيائية الجزيئية والوراثية

- قسم التقنيات الأحيائية الخلوية والأنسجة

- قسم التقنيات الأحيائية الميكروبية

- قسم التقنيات الأحيائية النباتية

- قسم التقنيات الأحيائية البيئية

وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن حرص قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي على تسخير الخبرات الهندسية في خدمة المؤسسات البحثية والطبية، وتعزيز الجوانب العملية والتطبيقية، والمساهمة في تقليل الكلف المادية من خلال صيانة الأجهزة بدل استبدالها.

A delegation from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, represented by the Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Professor Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim, Assistant Lecturer Hamza Abbas Fadhil, and Master’s student Engineer Mohammed Hussein Ghazi, visited the Biotechnology Research Center at Al-Nahrain University on Wednesday, 3/12/2025. The visit was conducted as part of efforts to enhance scientific and practical cooperation between academic departments and research centers within the university.

The visit aimed to review the laboratory medical devices available in the center’s departments, inspect the malfunctioning equipment, diagnose technical faults, and consider the possibility of repairing and maintaining them to return them to service. This would contribute to supporting research and applied work within the center and its departments, which include:

• Department of Medical Biotechnology

• Department of Molecular and Genetic Biotechnology

• Department of Cellular and Tissue Biotechnology

• Department of Microbial Biotechnology

• Department of Plant Biotechnology

• Department of Environmental Biotechnology

This initiative reflects the Department of Biomedical Engineering’s commitment to utilizing engineering expertise in serving research and medical institutions, enhancing practical and applied aspects, and contributing to reducing financial costs by maintaining devices rather than replacing them.
