شاركت الأستاذ المساعد الدكتورة رنا إبراهيم محمود التدريسية في قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة-جامعة النهرين كمقيّم علمي (Reviewer) لبحوث المؤتمر العالمي العاشر للإعاقة والتأهيل (The 10th World Disability & Rehabilitation Conference – WDRC 2025)، والذي عُقد في بانكوك – تايلاند للفترة من 28 – 29  /8/ 2025، تحت شعار:

"تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من خلال مبادرات الصحة النفسية المبتكرة والتأهيل الشامل من أجل التغيير المستدام."

"Empowering People with Disabilities through Innovative Mental Health Initiatives and Inclusive Rehabilitation for Sustainable Change"

وتأتي هذه المشاركة العلمية لتعكس الدور الفاعل لتدريسيي القسم في إثراء الحركة البحثية وتعزيز حضور الجامعات العراقية في المحافل والمؤتمرات الدولية.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Rana Ibrahim Mahmood, faculty member in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University, participated as a scientific reviewer for research papers submitted to the 10th World Disability & Rehabilitation Conference (WDRC 2025), held in Bangkok, Thailand, during the period 28–29 August 2025, under the theme:

"Empowering People with Disabilities through Innovative Mental Health Initiatives and Inclusive Rehabilitation for Sustainable Change."

This scientific participation reflects the active role of the department’s faculty members in enriching research activities and strengthening the presence of Iraqi universities in international forums and conferences.
