استقبل قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة – جامعة النهرين وبرعاية كريمة من عمادة الكلية المتمثلة بالسيد عميد كلية الهندسة الأستاذ الدكتور أياد مراد طخاخ المحترم، وفداً من مؤسسة المعرفة للثقافة أفق في زيارة علمية إلى مختبرات القسم، وذلك انسجاماً مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

وكان في استقبال الوفد السيد عميد كلية الهندسة الأستاذ الدكتور أياد مراد طخاخ، والسيد رئيس قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي الأستاذة الدكتورة أنس قصي هاشم المحترمة، ورئيس قسم هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي والإنسان الآلي الأستاذ الدكتور وجدي صادق عبود المحترم الذين رحبوا بكادر المؤسسة وطلبتها.وكان ذلك خلال يومي الاربعاء والخميس 20-21 من شهر آب..وقد أبدى الطلبة الحضور تفاعلهم واستفادتهم من الزيارة 

تخللت الزيارة جولة ميدانية للاطلاع على مختبرات القسم، فضلاً عن إلقاء محاضرات علمية من قبل المدرس المساعد حمزة عباس فاضل و المهندس الأقدم نادية أحمد محمد، حيث تضمنت المحاضرات عرضاً لأحدث التطبيقات العلمية والبحثية في مجال هندسة الطب الحياتي.

وقد جاءت هذه الزيارة لتعزيز التعاون العلمي والمعرفي، وتبادل الخبرات بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والثقافية، بما يسهم في دعم المسيرة التعليمية والبحثية ويحقق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University, under the generous sponsorship of the College’s Dean, Prof. Dr. Eyad Murad Tukhakh, received a delegation from the Al-Maʿrifa Foundation for Afuq Culture on a scientific visit to the department’s laboratories, in line with the goals of sustainable development.

The delegation was welcomed by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Eyad Murad Tukhakh, the Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim, and the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Engineering, Prof. Dr. Wajdi Sadiq Aboud, who warmly greeted the foundation’s staff and students. The visit took place on Wednesday and Thursday, August 20–21, during which the students expressed their engagement and benefited greatly from the experience.

The visit included a field tour to explore the laboratories of the department, in addition to scientific lectures delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hamza Abbas Fadel and Senior Engineer Nadia Ahmed Mohammed. These lectures presented the latest scientific and research applications in the field of biomedical engineering.

This visit aimed to strengthen scientific and intellectual cooperation, exchange expertise between academic and cultural institutions, and contribute to supporting the educational and research journey while advancing the objectives of sustainable development.
