أستقبل قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة- جامعة النهرين وبرعاية كريمة من قبل عميد كلية الهندسة المحترم الأستاذ الدكتور أياد مراد طخاخ وفداً من الجامعة التكنولوجية /كلية هندسة الطب الحياتي برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور زياد قاسم حبيب معاون العميد للشؤون العلمية والدكتور حيدر رعد حافظ ومجموعة من التدريسيين للاطلاع على المختبرات  الهندسية في قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في جامعتنا لتبادل الخبرات العلمية والبحثية وكان في استقبالهم السيد عميد الكلية الاستاذ الدكتور اياد مراد طخاخ والسيدة رئيس قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي الاستاذ المساعد الدكتورة انس قصي هاشم ومجموعة من التدريسيين في القسم حيث القى الاستاذ المساعد الدكتور حسنين علي محاضرة تعريفية عن تاريخ القسم ونتاجاته العلمية وذلك على رحاب قاعة دجلة ومن ثم عمل جولة في مختبرات القسم وتم اطلاعهم على الاجهزة المتوفرة لطلبة الدراسات الاولية والعليا بغية الاستفادة منها في انشاء مختبرات مماثلة.

وجاءت تلك الزيارة في إطار تعزيز التعاون العلمي والأكاديمي بين المؤسستين. وهدفت الزيارة إلى بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك، خاصة في مجالات دعم الجانب النظري بالدروس العملية، وتبادل الخبرات العلمية والبحثية.

وقد ناقش الجانبان سبل تطوير البرامج الدراسية، وإقامة ورش عمل مشتركة، إضافة إلى إمكانية إجراء مشاريع بحثية تطبيقية تخدم الطلبة وتساهم في تطوير الكفاءات الهندسية في مجال الطب الحياتي.

تعكس هذه الزيارة حرص الجامعتين على بناء شراكات فاعلة تواكب التطورات العلمية وتسهم في خدمة المجتمع.

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University, under the esteemed patronage of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Iyad Murad Takhakh, welcomed a delegation from the University of Technology / College of Biomedical Engineering, headed by Prof. Dr. Ziyad Qasim Habib, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, accompanied by Dr. Haidar Raad Hafez and a group of faculty members. The purpose of the visit was to explore the engineering laboratories at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Al-Nahrain University and to foster scientific and research collaboration.

The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Iyad Murad Takhakh, Dean of the College, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Anas Qusay Hashem, Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, along with several faculty members. During the visit, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassanein Ali delivered an introductory presentation highlighting the department’s history and its scientific achievements in Dijlah Hall. The visit also included a tour of the department’s laboratories, where the guests were introduced to the available equipment used by both undergraduate and postgraduate students, with the aim of benefiting from this experience in establishing similar laboratories.

This visit was part of efforts to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions. It aimed to explore opportunities for joint collaboration, particularly in reinforcing theoretical knowledge through practical training and exchanging scientific and research expertise.

The two sides discussed ways to develop academic programs, organize joint workshops, and implement applied research projects that benefit students and contribute to the advancement of biomedical engineering competencies.

This visit reflects the shared commitment of both universities to building effective partnerships that align with scientific developments and serve the broader community.
