The meeting also emphasized the importance of full commitment to official working hours and the necessity of the technical staff for laboratories and workshops being present at their workplaces throughout official working hours.

The meeting further discussed the teaching assignments for this group, ensuring they cover at least 14 hours per week. Additionally, the administrative aspect was addressed through the active committees in the department, highlighting the significant role these teaching staff members play in accomplishing tasks and submitting periodic reports to the respected head of the department.

At the end of the meeting, the respected head of the department appreciated the exceptional efforts made by some members of this group in completing assigned tasks within record time, as well as their role in covering various experiments across the department's laboratories.
