The Bologna Path Committee in the Department of Biomedical Engineering held a meeting on Thursday, February 8, 2024, with the first-year faculty members in the department. The purpose of the meeting was to fulfill the requirements of the Bologna system and implement statistical data on the attendance of first-year students. The committee discussed setting formative assessments and their boundaries for students, as well as the grades for the midterm exams. The aim was to address individual student situations, taking into consideration their academic level, attendance, performance in assignments and exams, and participation in required activities. This process adhered to the guidelines and the Bologna system manual prepared by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to maintain the academic standards and scientific content for each student.
