The event that took place at the University of Al-Nahrain,
related to the workshop held in the laboratories of the Department of P&O
Engineering, is considered an important and intriguing occurrence. During this
workshop, a range of modern technical devices was introduced, where Engineer
Mohammed Abdullah explained and showcased two significant devices: the Micro
Hardness Tester, and Engineer Faisal Ahmed elucidated on the Microscope. The workshop session focused on explaining the operation and
functionality of these mentioned devices, understanding the mechanisms upon
which each device relies to efficiently perform its functions. Several aspects
related to modern technology used in these devices were discussed, as well as
their practical applications in engineering and industrial fields. The workshop proved to be a valuable opportunity for both
students and faculty members, as it opened doors to a deeper understanding of
modern technologies and innovations in engineering fields. Through earnest and engaging
discussions held during the workshop, participants were able to exchange ideas,
share experiences, and broaden their knowledge in this evolving field. It is important to emphasize the role of workshops and
scientific activities in supporting continuous education and learning, as well
as providing opportunities for students and researchers to acquaint themselves
with the latest technological advancements and crucial practical applications
in the field of engineering studies.
