As an indication of the unparalleled competence and honesty enjoyed by the professors of the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering, thanks to God Almighty, (Dr. Qusay Lutfi Hamdi) was chosen to assume the position of Director of the Department of Studies and Planning in the University Presidency after he left his mark in the Quality Assurance Division in the College of Engineering.
