As part of the activities of the Chemical Engineering Department, a workshop entitled "The Psychology of Working Women" was held on Thursday, November 23, 2023. It was presented by Ms. Israa Shaker and Ms. Huda Diaa.

The workshop discussed working women's psychology and work's impact on their social and family lives. Various topics were covered during the workshop, such as the challenges facing working women in the workplace, how to balance professional and personal life and the impact of psychological pressures on women's performance at work. The head of the department and a number of faculty members attended the workshop.
