Within the horizons of constructive scientific cooperation
between educational institutions, especially Iraqi universities, a faculty
member in the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering (A.D.
Durgham Kamal Naji) participated in the discussion committee of the doctoral
student (Marwa Moataz Ismail) from the University of Technology - Department of
