The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Al-Nahrain University organized a field visit for third-year students to Al-Ahli International Hospital on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. The students were accompanied on this educational visit by a group of department teachers, M.D. Mays Uday Abdel Rasoul, M.D. Basma Abdel-Saheb Faihan, teacher Faten Imad Ali, M.M. Nour Ali Sadiq, and engineer Hadeer Moayed Muhammad. During the visit, the components of these advanced devices, their working mechanisms, and their importance in diagnosing diseases were explained.

This visit comes within the framework of Al-Nahrain University’s endeavor to provide an integrated educational experience that combines theory and practical application, which is an important step towards preparing students for the labor market and to excel in their future professional fields in biomedical engineering.
