Dr. Muna Mustafa Karim, a lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, participated in the Training of Trainers (TOT) course, which was held at the Continuing Education Center at the Presidency of Al-Nahrain University from 7-5 to 11-5-2023. The course included several axes, including the skills of an effective trainer, modern training methods, developmental activities and games, icebreaking, and body language, in addition to teaching participants how to build and prepare training programs and packages. At the end of the course, the participants prepared a complete virtual training package that includes the objectives of the proposed course, its themes and number of days, in addition to the scientific and practical material of the course, and presented it in the form of a presentation to the evaluation committee and the rest of the participants.
