The UAV Engineering Department organized a scientific visit for its students and staff to the Scientific Welfare Department, a division of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The visit included a tour of the department's laboratories and their capabilities, which can benefit the department's students and staff both theoretically and practically.

The visit included lectures on the capabilities of the Aviation Sciences Laboratory, which provides researchers with the necessary tools to build and test practical drone models; the 3D Printers Laboratory, which enables researchers to build various models of different sizes, including drone models; the Electrical and Control Laboratory, which assists in building electronic circuits and systems and offers intensive courses on related topics; and the Renewable Energy Laboratory, which allows researchers to utilize various clean energy sources.

During the visit, an open invitation was extended to the department's students and staff to utilize the department's facilities for their practical research.

At the end of the tour, the department head, on behalf of the students and staff, expressed his sincere gratitude to the department's staff for their warm welcome and hospitality.
