Scientific twinning agreement between the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering at Al-Nahrain University and Bilad Alrafidain University

In the context of strengthening academic cooperation and exchanging scientific expertise among Iraqi universities, a scientific twinning agreement was signed between the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Nahrain University, and the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering at the College of Engineering, Bilad Al-Rafidain University.

The signing ceremony took place under the auspices and supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. ِAyad Murad Takhakh, and with the direct follow-up of the Head of the Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering, Dr. Ali Abdul Rahman, reflecting the college's commitment to supporting scientific partnerships and developing the educational and research environment.

This agreement aims to support the scientific and educational progress of both departments through the exchange of academic and research expertise, the organization of joint activities that contribute to developing curricula and improving the quality of engineering education, as well as opening avenues for cooperation in scientific research and holding joint workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences.

Both parties affirmed that this agreement is part of the universities' efforts to raise the level of academic and research performance and enhance scientific cooperation among educational institutions, which will positively impact students and faculty members and contribute to supporting higher education in Iraq. At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of continued joint coordination between the two departments and working to activate the provisions of the agreement was emphasized, in order to serve the development of the field of electronic and communications engineering and enhance the quality of scientific and academic outputs.
