The plan aims to enhance the quality of educational and administrative performance, improve human resource efficiency, and ensure alignment between academic and organizational objectives.

The strategic plan outlines the institution’s vision, general and specific goals, implementation mechanisms, and performance indicators to ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of progress. It is worth noting that the approved Strategic Plan is a five-year plan, extending until 2026, and was developed using a cumulative and flexible approach that allows for periodic review and updates.
