the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Haitham Abdul-Hussein Al-Shammari, and Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Hameed Al-Habbabi participated in the event.Over the course of two days (October 21–22, 2025), the forum featured architectural discussions and dialogues aimed at developing architectural education in Iraq and promoting knowledge exchange among architecture departments.Prof. Dr. Haitham Abdul-Hussein was one of the speakers in the second discussion session. The forum also witnessed wide participation, bringing together 27 heads of architecture departments from both public and private universities across various Iraqi provinces, under the patronage of the University of Baghdad (the mother university).In addition, a graduation project exhibition was held on the sidelines of the forum, in which the Department of Architecture at Al-Nahrain University participated with two distinguished projects.This forum is considered a foundational initiative to support architectural education curricula and serves as an activity for review and constructive feedback, through sharing experiences, learning from expertise, identifying strengths, and diagnosing weaknesses to overcome them in the future.The forum concluded with valuable recommendations, foremost among them being the continuation of holding this event annually
