The UAV Engineering Department organized a scientific visit for its students and staff to the Directorate of Scientific Welfare, an entity of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The visit included an overview of the laboratories available at the department and their capabilities, which could benefit the department's students and staff scientifically and technically.

The visit also included presentations on the capabilities of the Aviation Science Laboratory, which provides researchers with the resources to build and test practical models of unmanned aircraft; the 3D Printing Laboratory, which allows researchers to build different models in various sizes, including models of unmanned aircraft; and the Electrical and Control Laboratory, which assists in building electronic circuits and systems and offers intensive courses on related topics.

During the visit, an open invitation was extended to the department's students and staff to utilize the department's facilities to conduct their practical research.

At the end of the tour, the head of the department, on behalf of its students and staff, expressed his sincere thanks to the directorate's staff for their warm welcome and patience.
