The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University, under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University / Qualification and Employment Unit / Science and Technology Gardens Division, participated in the graduation ceremony honoring the graduates of the “Nano Summer 2025” program. The event took place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the Dijlah Hall in the college, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Iyad Murad Takhakh, Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Taha Mohsen Rashid, Founder and Executive Director of the Fai Nanoscience Center, Prof. Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim, Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, and Dr. Samar Ali Jaber, Officer of the Qualification and Employment Unit at the college.

The program was implemented in cooperation with the Fai Nanoscience Center, aiming to qualify graduates of engineering and science colleges and develop their research and practical skills in the field of nanotechnology. The program provided hands-on training with laboratory equipment and enhanced students’ scientific and research capabilities. The center hosted students for training during the summer break, and the program was highlighted through various scientific activities and collaborations, such as lectures conducted in partnership with other universities.
