Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ayad Murad Takhakh, and the direct supervision of the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Fahd Muhannad Kazim, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering held a specialized workshop entitled (Additive Manufacturing Using 3D Photolithography) on Tuesday 21/10/2025 in Al-Furat Hall within the College of Engineering. The workshop was attended by Assistant Lecturer (Mustafa Kanaan Muhammad). During the workshop, the developments in additive manufacturing using scanning and 3D printing were presented. The various important applications of additive manufacturing were also discussed, especially the manufacturing of modern prosthetic limbs and orthoses.
