At 9:00 am on Wednesday, corresponding to 4/19/2023, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a master’s student in the Civil Engineering Department (Laila Akram Awwad) in her thesis tagged:

“Near – Fault Seismic Analysis of Vertical Irregular Configuration of Step – Back Reinforced Concrete Building”

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Adel Abdel-Amir Muhammad Saeed / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Basman Riyad Muhammad Majeed / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology and Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Kamal Mahmoud / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University. The thesis was completed. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hussam Kazem Rasan from the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Professor Saad Khalaf Muhaisen) / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriya University and the second scientific reviewer (Professor Amer Farouk Ezzat / Civil Engineering Department / University of Baghdad) and linguistically by (Dr. Zuhair Khudair Allawi / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master's degree.
