At 9:00 am on Monday, 4/17/2023, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a master’s student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Maryam Issa Ali) in her thesis tagged:

“Torsional Performance of reinforced Concrete Beams Strengthened with Near-Surface Mounted Steel Bars  ”

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Laith Khaled Kamel / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Kamal Mahmoud / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University. The thesis was completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Adel Abdul Amir Muhammad Saeed from the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Professor Khattab Salim Abdul Razzaq) / College of Engineering / University of Diyala and the second scientific reviewer (Professor Dr. Rafi Mahmoud Abbas / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Baghdad) and linguistically by ( Dr. Mustafa Hamid Farhan / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master's degree.
