Ground materials for sustainable earthen constructions in semi-arid regions.

The discussion committee consisted of the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Rasem Mahmoud and Assistant Professor Dr. Nabil Shaker Mahmoud. The thesis was completed under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Moayad Abdul-Jabbar Ahmed.

The thesis included: - An evaluation of the microscopic, mechanical, thermal and hydrological properties of the material under different values of moisture and dry unit weight of the material, in addition to studying the effect of the clay percentage on the mechanical properties of the material.
