At nine o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, corresponding to 3/28/2023, in the Dijlah hall in the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a master's student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Amna Karim Jabr) in her thesis tagged:

 “The Challenges of Governing Public Private Partnerships in Iraqi Construction Projects”

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Muhammad Burhan / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hasan Mosa Jawad / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and expert Dr. Abdul Salam Jamil Ali / Ministry of Planning. The thesis was completed under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hatem Abdul Karim Rashid from the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Professor Kazem Rahim Irzej) / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad and the second scientific reviewer (Professor Dr. Tariq Abdul Majeed Khalil / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology) and linguistically by ( Dr. Alaa Walid Hamid / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master's degree.
