In support of the Palestinian cause, the College of Engineering organized an art exhibition under the patronage of Prof. Juma Salman Jiyad, Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University, and in the presence of Prof. Haitham Ala' Hussein, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs. The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, with the participation of Fatima As'ad (senior student), in collaboration with the Student Activities Unit at the college, organized an outdoor art exhibition under the theme:

"Date Palms and Olives."

The exhibition featured live drawings by artists who, through their creative hands, depicted the eternal cause and struggle of the Palestinian nation. The artwork showcased the brutal Zionist attacks on innocents in Gaza, the heroism displayed there by Palestinian, and the steadfastness of Lebanon. The paintings, with their confident lines and powerful colors, expressed the great sacrifices made for the land and Arabic identity.
