Student Bilal Sukb Abdul Rahman, a fourth-year student in the Biomedical Engineering Department, won first place in the Ramadan Quranic Competition organized by the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University. Another student, Yasser Hussein Fayad, a third-year student, also participated in the competition. The event was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and the respected Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Jamea Salman Jiad.

During the ceremony, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the winning students of the Ramadan Quranic Competition organized by the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University.

The judging panel for the Quranic recitation competition consisted of a specialized committee chaired by Dr. Rafae Al-Aamiri, along with a group of expert professors.

Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi praised the tremendous efforts of the College of Engineering and the winners and participants in this noble month through this event, which focuses on developing students' skills and encouraging them to learn the fundamentals of Quranic recitation, improve performance, and promote creativity and excellence.
