The Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Al-Nahrain organized a scientific visit for doctoral students in the preparatory stage to the Biomechanics Analysis Laboratory, which was recently established at the Biomedical Engineering Department in the Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering - University of Baghdad, on Sunday, March 31, 2024. The visit was conducted by a group of specialized professors in this field, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Sadeq Jaafar Abbas, Professor of Biomechanics in the department, along with a group of lecturers in the specialization, including Dr. Hasnin Ali Loftah, Dr. Aseel Mohammed Ali Hussein, and Dr. Basma Abdul Sahib Fayhan, accompanied by doctoral students in the department. During the visit, details of the laboratory and available tests were discussed, as well as the possibility of cooperation between the two departments in the field of scientific research and the practical aspects of the dissertations of the graduate students of both departments. On the other hand, the Biomedical Engineering Department at the Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering - University of Baghdad, represented by the Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Qadouri, and the laboratory supervisors, welcomed the delegation and expressed their full cooperation and readiness to conduct and provide tests in the field of biomechanical analysis.
