Under the guidance of Professor Dr. Jumaa Salman Jiyad, Dean of the College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Musaab Ayed Kassab, Head of the Civil Engineering Department and within a series of various volunteer campaigns adopted by the College, it was launched this morning, Wednesday, 3/6/2024, from the College of Engineering/ Civil Engineering Department, a volunteer campaign carried out by a group of faculty and students in the College of Engineering, to visit a children’s home in Baghdad Governorate.

The visiting delegation met the children who were overwhelmed with joy and pleasure at this paternal attention. They interacted with the visiting delegation with their usual love and innocence and hospitality was provided to them with various gifts, in addition to the necessities of daily life and foodstuffs, in a way that suits their humanitarian entitlements.

The visit came in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance cooperation with other community institutions, in a way that strengthens the bonds of love and cohesion among the members of one community.

Asking Allah to protect the children of Iraq and grant them success in their future lives.
