Participation in the Iraqi National Forum for Commerce as part of the activities of the Technology Incubator Unit

Dr. Hasnen Ali Lafta, a faculty member in the Biomedical Engineering Department, participated in the activities of the Iraqi National Trade Forum (INTF) in Baghdad. The forum, organized by the International Trade Center (ITC) with support from the European Union (EU), witnessed broad participation from government entities, international organizations, and private sector entities in Iraq. This participation was part of the activities of the Technology Incubator Unit and the ecosystem at the College of Engineering.

The forum included workshops and dialog sessions related to supporting the economy, investment, small and medium-sized projects, and enhancing the role of youth to reduce unemployment rates and boost growth. Additionally, strategies for essential agricultural products were discussed. An exhibition showcasing innovative products from companies across Iraqi provinces was held on the sidelines of the forum under the slogan 'Iraqi Hands.
