The top graduate of the department, Engineer Mohammed Hamid Rashid for the academic year 2015-2016 ranked second on the College of Engineering, and this is the third year in a row in which the graduates of the Biomedical Engineering Department get the top ranks on the College of Engineering, where the top graduate of the department for the academic year 2014-2015 Engineer Hamza Abbas Fadhil was the top ranked on the Collge of Engineering, and the top graduate on the Department for the academic year 2013-2014 Engineer Omaima Raed Khairy was the second ranked on the College.
