The discussion hall was opened in the Department of Laser Engineering and Optoelectronics as part of the rehabilitation and maintenance carried out by the department at the beginning of the academic year 2023-2024 . The hall was rehabilitated, furnished and equipped in record time so that the hall was qualified to hold discussions, workshops, meetings, etc. A number of doctoral students have also been discussed there since its opening.
