The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Ali Saeb / Al-Israa University College and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Laith Khaled Kamel Al-Hadithi / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Ahmed Dawood / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University. The thesis was completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Salim Ibrahim from the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Assistant Professor Dr. Nebras Nizar Abdel Hamid) / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriya University and the second scientific reviewer (Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Aliwi / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology) and linguistically from Before (Assistant Professor Dr. Zina Riyad Saleh / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master's degree.
