AI and Drones... The Future Revolution

Presented by Assistant Lecturer Sara Munther Jawamir, on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in the Drone Engineering Department Hall.

The workshop addressed the role of artificial intelligence technologies in developing drone systems by enhancing sensing capabilities and autonomous decision-making. It also reviewed key future applications in the fields of surveillance, logistics, and disaster management.

Recommendations:

Enhance the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with drone systems.

Support scientific research into future applications of smart aircraft.

Encourage students to develop projects based on artificial intelligence and drones.
