Dr. Ruslan Saad Abdulrahman, a faculty member in the Computer Engineering Department at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research training program TOT_IQ (First Course), which was held at Al-Mashreq University from April 5 to April 8, 2026, as part of the nomination of four faculty members from Al-Nahrain University to attend this specialized training program. 

Dr. Ruslan successfully passed the final in-person assessment with an Excellent grade, reflecting her high academic competence and continuous commitment to developing her professional and teaching skills, which contributes to enhancing the quality of the educational process and improving its outcomes. 

This participation comes in line with Al-Nahrain University’s commitment to strengthening the capabilities of its academic staff and keeping pace with the latest training programs adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, ultimately supporting academic excellence and institutional development.
