As part of Entrepreneurship Week activities, students from the Department of Computer Engineering participated in presenting outstanding entrepreneurial success stories, showcasing inspiring examples of ambitious youth and their ability to turn ideas into practical projects with real impact.

The participation included the presentation of student Haider Adnan Sand, ambassador of Aswar Organization, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and his role in supporting youth initiatives and promoting a culture of volunteerism and entrepreneurship. Additionally, student Ali Salman presented his entrepreneurial experience after receiving support from the Al-Fursan Program for his startup application “Dalali”, explaining the stages of idea development, the challenges faced, and the future prospects of the project.

This participation comes within the department’s commitment to encouraging students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing their role in building technological projects that contribute to supporting the digital economy and sustainable development.

The activity also aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by promoting entrepreneurial skills among youth, supporting innovation, and fostering sustainable economic development through technology-driven initiatives.
