At 9:00 am on Monday, 7/7/2025, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Yasmine Nori Khalil) in her dissertation tagged:

“ THERMAL AND MOISTURE MOVEMENTS OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE WATERTIGHT

REINFORCED CONCRETE CONTINUOUS AND JOINTED STRUCTURES ”

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Saad Khalaf Muhaisin / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriyah University, and the membership of Assistant Prof. Dr. Basman Riyadh Muhammed / College of Engineering / University of  Technology, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Kamal Mahmood / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Sultan Ahmed Dawood / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Zena Riyadh Salih / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University.

The dissertation was completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hussam Kadhim Rissan from the Department of Forensic Engineering / Higher Institute of Forensic Sciences / Al-Nahrain University.

The dissertation was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Prof. Dr. Khattab Saleem AbdulRazzaq / College of Engineering / University of Diyala) and the second scientific reviewer (Prof.  Dr.  Amer Farooq Ezzat / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad) and linguistically by (Lecturer Dr. Ahmaed Farhan Muwaiz / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the dissertation was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a Ph.D. degree.
