The Biomedical Engineering Department undertook a comprehensive preparation of its laboratories during the summer break in anticipation of the new academic year. Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim, this extensive campaign included the rehabilitation of the Medical Devices Laboratory. The lab was systematically organized, with medical devices classified according to their specialties, and damaged equipment was repaired to ensure readiness for the upcoming academic year. Non-functional devices were decommissioned. Additionally, the Computer Laboratory, Biomechanics Laboratory, Electrical Circuits Laboratory, and the maintenance workshop for the laboratories were reorganized and prepared. A team of specialized engineers from the department, along with other staff and workers, participated in these operations to ensure the provision of a comprehensive educational environment that meets the needs of both students and faculty members. This effort is part of the department's ongoing commitment to enhancing the educational experience for students and providing the best possible conditions for academic and research excellence. These initiatives strengthen the department's standing and ensure that educational outcomes are in line with modern scientific developments.
