The Biomedical Engineering Department participated in the Fifth Scientific Conference on Electrical Engineering Research. Assistant Professor Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim, Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, chaired a session on the theme of Medical Instrumentation and Biomedical Engineering. Additionally, several faculty members from the department, including Dr. Hassanein Ali Latifa and Assistant Lecturer Qais Ahmed Habash, presented distinguished scientific research papers that addressed health issues in the community, within the conference's theme. The conference was held at the Middle Technical University / Electrical Engineering Technical College from June 8-9, 2024. Furthermore, several department members, including Engineer Nadia Ahmed Mohammed, Engineer Noor Basim Khalaf, and Engineer Mohammed Hussein Ghazi, attended the conference. This participation aimed to foster scientific collaboration between Al-Nahrain University - College of Engineering and other colleges such as the Electrical Engineering Technical College, to support communication and research between the two parties.
