The Department of Biomedical Engineering, based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the supervision of the esteemed Presidency of Al-Nahrain University, represented by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ali Al-Shawi, and with the generous support of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Jumaa Salman Jiyad, and the efforts of the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim, along with the department's faculty members, conducted joint exams between partnered universities and colleges. These included Al-Esraa College and Ashur College for two specialized subjects for stages beyond the first year, which are not included in the evaluative exam. Specifically, this involved the second, third, and fourth stages with Al-Esraa College, and the second and third stages with Ashur College, according to the regulations and standards outlined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The joint exams included the formation of committees to oversee the joint exam, set exam questions, invigilation, grading, and monitoring the progress of the exams to ensure the requirements that facilitate the examination process are met in the best possible manner.
